My 2019 Accord would not start. I called the Honda service and left a message. I did not get a response, not even a call back. I called one of your service people, Brenda McCraw, I called the Honda service and left a message. I did not get a response, not even a call back. I called one of your service people, Brenda McCraw, who advised me to charge the battery and then bring it in for service asap, which was the next day. That’s what I did and they were able to test the battery, which was bad, and they replaced the battery. I was very pleased with the service once I called Brenda. I will continue to use Honda services as long as they treat me like that. More

Left that front passenger tire skirt pulled down had to push back up in fender when I got home. Had back grease in the spots on the hood and two on windshield. When checking in ask them to check window was push back up in fender when I got home. Had back grease in the spots on the hood and two on windshield. When checking in ask them to check window washer on front window, when they said it was ready, we tested the washer and it did not work,that's when they took it back and blew out washer line that's when the grease and fender skirt happen.
