Communication was not great. I dropped my car off at 8:30, called several times, and did not talk to a person until almost 4 o'clock. Brought my vehicle in for recalls. Was given a loaner vehicle. All went well. 3 days total. My issues... The paperwork for the loaner looked like it was going to charge me $40 a day. My vehicle also smells like gear oil in the interior. The recall included a rear tailgate harness and a fuel pump. So no clue why my interior smells so awful. More
