No inspection done on used Volvo I bought. The computer was dead. After we got a new one, over 100 codes popped up. Had to do an $11,000 repair on engine. Very fortunate that Volvo covered it. I was an out of state buyer and recently visited Appletree after calling to verify vehicle availability and online price, $17,708.00with salesman, Bob. Bob was a good guy pleasant, honest, and informative. After test drive and deciding to purchase the vehicle, Bob was told by sales manager Chris Hagelios that the vehicle price is now $18,899.00. This is the most unscrupulous behavior I have ever seen from a dealership. I'm shocked that Honda would allow such unethical behavior at a dealership, especially from a manager.. I expect to pay a premium buying a used car from a dealership, but I also expect a level of honesty, truthfulness, and ethical business practices. Stay away from this company and buy your car elsewhere. More
