I asked him about the vehicles that he did not know the answer to. There was no pressure no pushiness just him providing me with information I needed to make the best decision possible. I really can't say enough. They were able to meet the exact deal I requested without a lot of song and dance. I highly recommend this dealership. If you are looking for a preowned vehicle or even a new one, ask for Bob Davis when you go. You will not be disappointed. I also wanted to acknowledge the sales manager, Chris.Hagelios. I had a 10 AM appointment for a Honda recall repair. I was told on the phone, it would be a 2.5 hour maintenance upgrade. I arrived at the dealership at 9:45AM and checked in. It is 2:30 PM and the car I was told on the phone, it would be a 2.5 hour maintenance upgrade. I arrived at the dealership at 9:45AM and checked in. It is 2:30 PM and the car has not been serviced. This is the only Honda dealer in the Asheville area. I was told if I rescheduled the service, the same thing( wait time) would occur. I have waited almost 5 hours with no work having been done on the car. More

No inspection done on used Volvo I bought. The computer was dead. After we got a new one, over 100 codes popped up. Had to do an $11,000 repair on engine. Very fortunate that Volvo covered it. I was an out of state buyer and recently visited Appletree after calling to verify vehicle availability and online price, $17,708.00with salesman, Bob. Bob was a good guy pleasant, honest, and informative. After test drive and deciding to purchase the vehicle, Bob was told by sales manager Chris Hagelios that the vehicle price is now $18,899.00. This is the most unscrupulous behavior I have ever seen from a dealership. I'm shocked that Honda would allow such unethical behavior at a dealership, especially from a manager.. I expect to pay a premium buying a used car from a dealership, but I also expect a level of honesty, truthfulness, and ethical business practices. Stay away from this company and buy your car elsewhere. More
