No inspection done on used Volvo I bought. The computer was dead. After we got a new one, over 100 codes popped up. Had to do an $11,000 repair on engine. Very fortunate that Volvo covered it. But apple tree DID NOT inspect this car in any way, shape or form. Crooks. A/C did not even work. Could not tell because it was winter time. More

Bob went over and above helping and guiding through the ends and outs of the sale, purchase and anything else that putting me in my “ new” used car. I was an out of state buyer and recently visited Appletree after calling to verify vehicle availability and online price, $17,708.00with salesman, Bob. Bob was a good guy pleasant, honest, and informative. After test drive and deciding to purchase the vehicle, Bob was told by sales manager Chris Hagelios that the vehicle price is now $18,899.00. This is the most unscrupulous behavior I have ever seen from a dealership. I'm shocked that Honda would allow such unethical behavior at a dealership, especially from a manager.. I expect to pay a premium buying a used car from a dealership, but I also expect a level of honesty, truthfulness, and ethical business practices. Stay away from this company and buy your car elsewhere. More
I was traveling thru N. C. in my 2024 Honda Pilot when my AppleCarPlay wouldn't connect. 0/10 customer service, doesn't call or text back, when they do call you back it's because you had to call them numerous times, doesn't listen when you tell them a price point, can't make any deals. I was an out of state buyer and recently purchased a used car from this dealership. When the vehicle arrived it was inoperable and other equipment did not work (A/C, Radio, and Transmission). Contacted the d car from this dealership. When the vehicle arrived it was inoperable and other equipment did not work (A/C, Radio, and Transmission). Contacted the dealership to ask why did not disclose any of these issues as being problems prior to my delivery and they stated it’s an As Is purchase. But you advertise the vehicle with this equipment, no mention it is inoperable. (They were marketing to sell this vehicle for $19,000 over and above what they purchased the car for 8 month ago). Then the GSM hung up the phone on me. Stay away from this company and buy your car elsewhere. More
