Great service. I had a 10am appointment at the Aransas Autoplex Service Dept. Both tires on the Driver's side kept losing pressure. The problem was diagnosed and resolved before lunch. Set up an appt at 1 pm. While sitting in the waiting area the lady came by and told me they were barely starting on my vehicle; it was 3 o'clock. One lady later came in after me and they finished her vehicl the lady came by and told me they were barely starting on my vehicle; it was 3 o'clock. One lady later came in after me and they finished her vehicle that needed- oil change , wheel alignment and two recalls fixed. She leaves and I'm was still waiting for mine. I leave around 5 Whats the purpose of setting up an appointment? I dont know the person that worked on my vehicle, but bc this survey doesn't let me complete it until I click on people.
