Very unsatisfied Worst customer service in buying a 50K vehicle I have ever had. I did not get a tour of the vehicle, got a half tank of gas because the truck was not new, drove 7 hour round trip to wait 3.5 hours for the truck to be ready with approved credit (RBFC), I had to ask for items missing on the truck, I figured out how to use the tailgate myself, and many more things. It was the most uncomfortable transaction I can remember being a part of. Most importantly, through poor communication from sales - the certified warranty was misunderstood by me until it was explained after I asked about it when the loan was already signed. The warranty would barely give me 6 more months of coverage than if I had purchased a brand new truck in SA. I truly regret the purchase and wish I had purchased from my dealer around the corner.
