Very unhappy with this service department . Very poor attitude displayed by service technician ,upsold repairs and expected me to wait until he got around to repairs maybe 5pm or maybe the nex Very poor attitude displayed by service technician ,upsold repairs and expected me to wait until he got around to repairs maybe 5pm or maybe the next day .Truck had already been in the shop for over 2 weeks, which would have been even longer if I had not directed them to where the special order part was available for overnight shipping. Was told the detail clean up was done and no not done, very poor service all around!!! More

My husband and I just bought a New Buick from Aransas Autoplex. Jesse Green was so helpful in finding the right car for us and helping get our vehicle traded in. We felt so comfortable with him. Ashley , the service contact , went well beyond my expectations. He was able to convince my extended warranty company , to replace a transmission that was previously replaced in February of this year, expectations.
