Horrible experience Service Tech told me I would need to leave my vehicle entire day for work that needed to be performed. Made arrangements to return another day so service could be performed. I was called a couple hours later after drop off saying nothing wrong with vehicle & to come pick up. Tech acted like my vehicle was supposed to drive this way & that there were no issues. Since then the issue has gotten progressively worse. I drive my vehicle daily. I know what is “normal” & what is not. My vehicle was never even plugged into diagnostic machine for reading. (Had exact same issue a year ago & a reset was needed. After that was done it corrected the issue.) I can’t believe I was treated so poorly by this dept. myself & my family have been loyal customers for many years. More
Service good but not in a timely manner I think the title says it all, we had an appointment at 9:00, we dropped off our car at 9:00, went to eat breakfast, and went to have same service don I think the title says it all, we had an appointment at 9:00, we dropped off our car at 9:00, went to eat breakfast, and went to have same service done to my truck (not having an appointment), returned to pick our car up and had to wait until noon before it was done. We have had to wait like this before also, which is why we opted to go do other things so there would be time for the car to be done, and we still waited longer than we should have. More
Not so good service employees have an indifferent attitude........not rude, just barely friendly and don't seem to care about customers. I had a 9 am appointment on 1/30 and they did not call me with an update until 1/31 at 12:06. I know I had to pay for service but not sure why Chevrolet does not have a service bulletin with so many blogs with the same issue of truck shutting down with no power. More
