Waited almost four hours for a tire change only to be told I’d need to order a new tire and wait for it to arrive. Two stars only because the tire arrived on time. I seriously should have changed the tire myself in the service center lot and left the tire. Unimpressed, I will not be bringing my truck in unless I absolutely must because my local mechanic cannot fix a warranty item. More
