The sales team was not good, they were drinking alcohol while attempting to sell the vehicle. And when I decided to purchase the vehicle they told me okay we will get your vehicle set up for you instead th while attempting to sell the vehicle. And when I decided to purchase the vehicle they told me okay we will get your vehicle set up for you instead they took it to the liquor store bought more alcohol and brought me my vehicle's same as is when I test drove it. No extra gas or nothing. The vehicle did all the work to impress me without their so-called sales team. And I purchased a warranty for my vehicles electric components and parts through them and they told me that this warranty is good to have because you have so many electrical parts. But they never told me that they don't cover a battery the most electrical part in the vehicle lol and they told me where to take my vehicle for the diagnosis then they told me I have to pay for it. SMH why send me something that is more expensive if you know your company is not going to cover it? Good job on lying and stealing from your customers. Haha y'all are a joke and I have been telling everyone about this experience. And Arapahoe Kia actually reached out to me after this post. And they let me know that they do not offer any warranty for your battery for vehicles that are over 32,000 miles. So if any of you want to have a warranty for your battery through this company you must buy a vehicle that is under 32k miles. And my vehicle is still at the certified mechanic that THEY had me take it to. So I have not had my vehicle that I am paying for from 2/17/2023 and still don't have it and today is 3/5/2023. Bravo Arapahoe Kia you tell people to go to your designated mechanics who are more expensive knowing you will not cover any of the charges. Your company is pathetic. More
Dropped off my car for an AC repair. Was told I would get it back in the afternoon. No one contacted me and my messages to the service person went ignored. I ended up without my car and missed an important event. When I called the next morning, I was told it was done and explained my upset. I was sent a link for a Lyft ride which was clearly the wrong one as I was charged for the ride. when I picked up my car the service adviser took no responsibility and clearly did not care. When I reached out to him later about the Lyft charge he argued with me saying that I did something wrong. I have his email and told him I would send photos of what I received though I am sure he will not do anything. I called the service manager and did not receive a call back. Clearly customer service is lacking and respect for the customer is even worse. This seems to be a common theme in the Google reviews. I won't be going back and still plan to get reimbursed for the Lyft charge they were supposed to pay. More

In the middle of December, our car wouldn’t start, so we had it towed to the dealership. We called them to let them know it was there. We were told it would be a two week wait, before they could look at it. Given COVID/employee issues, we were willing to wait. We called back after 2.5 weeks because we didn’t hear anything. We were told it would be another 2 weeks before anyone could look at it. We were understanding, and decided to wait. Well, 2.5 weeks later we received a call from the dealership that some cars on the lot were broken into, ours included! They are refusing to claim it on their insurance. They are insisting we use ours, which we have a $1k deductible and of course rates will go up. Their reasoning is that when we dropped it off we signed that they are not reliable. We reminded them, we didn’t sign anything because it was towed. They then claimed it was a verbal agreement, if it’s towed. I’m so disappointed because they will not work with us despite the fact that we were so patient when they had our car for a month without looking at it. Plus, it’s ironic that now that we need our car damaged fixed, they’ll make money off of this (it’s not drivable). BTW-we have two of the same make cars and have used this dealership to service both cars for just about four years. More
I won’t write each detail of my only experience with this dealership, but I will say your time and money is better spent at Peak Kia. The parts department here is ridiculous. I WAS ALREADY HAVING AN ISSUE WITH THE ENGINE AND HAD CODES THROWN THAT SEEMED TO HAVE RESOLVED. IT WAS A WARRENTY JOB. THERE WAS NO REASON TO TRY TO " CUT COSTS ". IN FACT IT TAKES LONGER TO DO A SHORT BLOCK BECAUSE OF THE TRANSFER OF THE HEAD. SO IT TOOK LONGER AND IT WASNT CHECKED FOR DEFECTS REPORTED BY KIA. THEN THE RENTAL WAS TOO SMALL AND I WAS ELEIGIBLE FOR AN UPGRADE, BUT THE SEVICE MANAGER AND ENTERPRISE DIDNT CALL KIA TO CONFIRM. I HAD TO. BUT IT DIDNT MATTER. THEY REFUSED TO MAKE ME COMFORTABLE WHILE THEY TOOK THEIR SWEET TIME DOING UNNECESSARY WORK THAT COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF THEY HAD JUST ORDERED THE LONG BLOCK. WHEN I CALLED TO TELL TODD MY GRIEVENCE, HE HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I CALLED HIM AND THE SEVICE DEPT ON THEIR " CUSTOMER SERVICE" NOW ITS THROWING ENGINE CODES AGAIN. I TOOK IT TO MEDVED KIA. THEY RAN THE DIAGNOSTIC, FOUND THE PROBLEM, REPORTED IT TO KIA AND HAVE BEEN EXCELLENT IN COMMUNICATING. More

The drivers side one was fine but the passenger side s This is the second time that I took my car to Arapahoe Kia to have the taillights changed out. The drivers side one was fine but the passenger side still had moisture in it. I had made the appointment at least 3 weeks prior. Arrived at 8:30 and got my car right in. At 11:30 I went up to ask what the status was and they hadn't even looked at it yet. Come to find out, they didn't even have the part that I needed. Someone should have checked and come right out and told me that they did not have the part in stock. Mark came out and told me and apologized for the mix up. He said that he would personally order the part, put my name on it when it came in and call me to schedule my next appointment. I have several problems with the way that this was handled. 1. When I called to make the appointment, they should have checked to see that they had the parts that I needed in stock. 2. When I showed up, they should have checked again to make sure that they had the parts and someone should have come out and told me right away so I did not sit there for 3 hours. 3. They definitely need more training in the service area. They need to ask more questions right up front so people don't waste their time driving all the way over there just to find out that they don't have the parts that you need. I probably won't use them for any kind of service in the future. More
