I had a situation where my new vehicle was having a technical issue that arose shortly after buying and the customer service was absolutely amazing! I had a situation where my new vehicle was having a technical issue that arose shortly after buying the Tesla. Jordon jumped into action and went above and beyond by driving 1.5 hours (3 hours round trip) to my home to not only look at the issue but also fixed it on the spot.
