We have no previous experience with Cochrane Ford but they will be our "go to" for all future auto needs. Chaz S was our salesman. Joel was a stand-up guy all the way through. He Knew about the bind that I was in and did his best to make sure that I got into a Quality vehicle that has exceeded my expectations. We looked at several different options after my workday until we found the exact right fit. Joels patience was commendable because most times you feel like a dollar sign when you are at a dealership. When we landed on the right vehicle, Joel even cleaned out my trade that was in for service and had everything ready for me to just sign and drive. Victoria was also very pleasant to work with. She was diligent in making sure that I received all of the best coverages for the protection of my vehicle in a manner that was still somehow affordable.
