Although arriving to my "appointment" at the shop was an embarrassment for the gal at the desk when she couldn't find my name and a total inconvenience for me, I did reschedule for the following day. Service was very satisfactory and I appreciate the effort folks at Archie Cochrane made to service my vehicle in a timely manner. I will return for other services but will make sure I receive a confirmation via email from now on.
