I was stationed in Montana with the Army, and Archie Cochran was hands down, the best experience I had working with a dealership. Mike runs a great shop and takes care of clients. Today I sit in NE Iowa after retiring from the Army and had an electrical issue with our explorer. Out of all the numbers I've called to get this car towed and in a loaner or rental. Mike was the only person I communicated with that seemed to actually care. If Fords GM reads these reviews. You need to use Archie Cochran Ford as a platform for dealerships across the nation to emulate. Sales, finance, and service. They were all hands down the best experience Ive had in my career of 28 plus years in the Army. More

Recent service for a recall on my 2024 Ranger was both good and not so good. The lady I worked with was nice and easy to work with. The problem is I had to make the trip from Lovell Wy twice. The first time they took it readjusted settings (seat etc and left plastic and other items in truck and 10 minutes later I was told that they did not have the parts to do the work. So about two weeks later I had to make another trip to Billings to get done. Work was done without issue this trip. More

I brought in my 2021 Ford Escape Hybrid for positive crankcase pressure and unstable idle. I described the symptoms in detail, including the fact that DTC P0505 appears during the KOER test, which I con crankcase pressure and unstable idle. I described the symptoms in detail, including the fact that DTC P0505 appears during the KOER test, which I confirmed using ForScan. The dealership charged me $210 for diagnostics, but no real testing was done — no KOER, no crankcase pressure check, no vacuum test. Instead, I received an “educated guess” that the throttle body “could be” the problem, based on a 3.5° ETC_TRIM value that never showed up in my own PCM logs (idle or driving). I followed their guess, spent another $190 of my own money to replace the throttle body, and of course — nothing changed. The symptoms and error are still there. No real diagnosis, just an assumption. Extremely disappointing. I paid over $400 total for a theory, not a resolution. This kind of approach is not acceptable for an official Ford service center.
