Each and every person I have come into contact with, and over several continuing trips for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, have demonstrated how powerful this coordination is for the end result to this customer, as well as the quality of the performed service on the car. This coordination meant on-time delivery of the finished vehicle as promised and with smiles. It is my strongest suggestion that Service Advisor Ms. Emily Petermann, Senior Parts Lead Aaron Hunt, and Line Mechanic Randy, be further retained, promoted, and increased in salary and responsibility. In spite of my car I drive a Smart Car, not the typical car sold by Aristocrat, and believe I was treated just as if I owned an Alfa. I did have to return for a new problem that arose just after I left and it was taken care of immediately and has not reoccurred.
