Throughout the years of dealing with them I have always found them to be skilled, accommodating and professional. They always make an extra effort to make sure I'm satisfied with what ever I ask of them. Not to mention the beautiful new building they built in 2018, just for Porsche sales and service, makes going there even more pleasant. I couldn't really ask for anything more from a dealership. The service folks are great (thank you, Emily!), and the new lounge is nice as well. I like being able to bring my work here, and they've got nice drinks/snacks/coffee to keep you satisfied. When I left they advised me to come back in today, Thursday, for an airbag recall, and here I am again--excited to be surrounded by such nice toys while I do work and they take care of me. Same niceness as last time. I love this place. And definitely a different feel than any of the other dealerships I've been to recently (Subaru, Ford, Kia, Jeep, etc). These guys are on a whole other level. I still give them a 5-star on price because, on this GL550, it takes a special alignment. At $250, I honestly thought it would be a lot more, and I know these guys have quite the bill to pay for this land/building/etc. So, yes, it's not cheap here, but I liked that I didn't feel taken advantage of either. More

Customer service for luxury dealer is sub par. They take care of your basic needs but have very little customized service, staff is adequate but not overly friendly and they do not work to maintain They take care of your basic needs but have very little customized service, staff is adequate but not overly friendly and they do not work to maintain your business after you purchase, I’ve had several luxury vehicles from other dealerships and even lesser dealerships with better service. They are fine but they will not bend over to keep you around. Car is never cleaned out or vacuumed as has been at less expensive dealers. And they seem to always find a reason to fix something that is not needed. More
