This is the same answer that they sent to my other reviews, verbatim. They should be more concerned about customer service than answering their plethora of complaints. As for not coming to "terms", as I mentioned, there were none, it was no bargaining on our car, and let us rip you off on yours. Steer clear of this dealership! Read reviews on the other websites! As for contacting Robert Hellweg, he can't or won't do anything, so why bother?
