Been a while here due to my bad service experience with another service advisor, but Donnie had changed my mind this time. I have used Aristocrat Motors for nearly 20 years. There was a time when the service dept was not very dependable, and you usually found yourself returning your car in a few days to get the service done cor was a time when the service dept was not very dependable, and you usually found yourself returning your car in a few days to get the service done correctly;_ not any more!. The service was good, but very pricey. They did offer a coupon but was very expensive. Also there was cash stolen out of car while being serviced. I own 3 cars from this dealership. The oldest, a 2014 ML wouldn't start on a cold morning. I had AAA jump it and drove to the dealership to get battery tested and possibly replaced. $525. Insane.
