Bought car 1.5 yrs ago from a fabulous salesman however have not been wow’ed by service department and will be looking elsewhere from here on out. They definitely don’t make me feel welcome and this last trip after arriving, the gentleman that gets the loaners ready went back to Donnie to let him know we were there and I heard Donnie respond very abruptly ‘I am busy right now. They are just going to have to wait.’ I couldn’t believe he would speak so loudly that a ‘valued’ customer could hear. Very unprofessional plus an oil change is over $160! I would much rather find a service department that makes ALL customers feel welcome. More

Although we took our Smart Car in last month, for its annual checkup, the battery went dead, having not shown up on the diagnostics.
