Matt Minor is the best. Our 2017 S550 needed a 20K check up and a minor problem with the aux battery fixed. I scheduled the appointment with the date and time I needed. When I arrived I was met by Matt, exp up and a minor problem with the aux battery fixed. I scheduled the appointment with the date and time I needed. When I arrived I was met by Matt, explained the needed visit, my loaner car was ready and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. Matt kept me informed of the progress and the car was ready when promised. When I picked up the car Matt explained to me all that was accomplished and had me on my way in a very short time. As always everything was seamless. So very professional and yet I felt like I was the only one in the office. Matt, as with all the other folks at Aristocrat, have earned my thanks and gratitude for the professionals they are. Best maintenance folks I have ever dealt with. Thanks to you all, especially Matt! I drive 3 1/2 hour to get service done on my Range Rovers because they are that good. They car about your car and you. They get you in on time and get you out on a timely manner.
