I think the dealership has a reputation for being snobby and that is the last thing they are. As a matter of fact I tried to buy from any other dealership but Aristocrat but they didn’t pan out. I was prepared to let them know had I not been treated with respect and I am so glad I didn’t have to do that. I felt I knew what I wanted and he didn’t try to guide me in another direction. My husband was so pleased with my purchase and that means a lot to me. We always pay cash for our cars but with 0 financing I thought, why not finance. Again, the finance manager was extremely nice and didn’t try to pressure me into buying the extended warranty. I was prepared to not have a great experience and it was the total opposite. Usually when a women alone goes to buy a car she is treated like a dumbbell and the salesmen think they can pull the wool over on her but there was none of that. I can’t say anything bad about my experience. I would highly recommend Aristocrat Motors and Arif Kahn. More

Outstanding! I had a flat on a Saturday and brought my 3 day old car to Porsche Kansas City. Service is currently closed on Saturday and I wanted my car stored ins I had a flat on a Saturday and brought my 3 day old car to Porsche Kansas City. Service is currently closed on Saturday and I wanted my car stored inside. Bill greeted me and opened up the service lane to store it until a Monday. Todd and I spoke and the tire came in on Wednesday which was faster than expected. Rodney took me down to the service area to talk to Kris about what caused the flat. Kris promptly changed the tire and I was on my way. Can’t say enough great things about the treatment I received from all five of these gentlemen! More

Even if it's only a Smart Car Donnie and all his co-workers always treat me as if I had bought an Alpha. I travel over 4 hrs for service and the trip is well worth it!!! I don't even mind to schedule another appointment because I know and trust the recommendation made for that service is correct and necessary. As for social distancing...the entire area appeared to be clean and well maintained. While not everyone was wearing a mask my personal space was respected. More
