I just purchased a Porsche Macan and had a very positive and professional experience with this dealership. Katya my salesperson gave me an in-depth orientation of my car which made me feel comfortable enoug and professional experience with this dealership. I purchased a used BMW from Aristocrat. Sales was awesome to work with but can’t say the same about Bliss in finance. The loan got screwed up and took extra time to get that figured out w Sales was awesome to work with but can’t say the same about Bliss in finance. The loan got screwed up and took extra time to get that figured out with Credit Union. Then he told me I could come back and purchase a warranty which I did a week later. Five months later Bliss emailed me to say he found out I had to purchase warranty with car purchase therefore the warranty was voided. He offered me a warranty that was somewhat comparable and of course same price or a refund. All I got from him was a I’m sorry! I am frustrated beyond words as I would have never bought the car without purchasing a warranty. I asked for dealership to buy car back and was told no they would only trade. Very disappointed as I thought Aristocrat dealership was top of the line and would never make these kind of mistakes and just simply say Woops sorry bout that. More
