Buying a new car from Aristocrat Motors was smooth and quick! Going through the many details of what my GLS could do was smooth and was shown in a way that’s easily remembered. I unfortunately had to have my brand new car worked on with less than 20 miles on it. The computer had multiple issues. Customer care was rude and unprofessional at times. I had an appointment set up and when I arrived there was no such appointment. One of the associates kindly visited with me and arranged another appointment quickly and was professional.
