Safety recall on a 14 year old car - I was treated great! I have a 2006 Porsche Cayenne S and got a recall notice from Porsche. Called Aristocrat (Porsche Kansas City) and they set an appointment for me right away. I took the vehicle in first thing in the morning and they gave me a brand new Porsche Macan as a loaner vehicle. The work was completed by 2:00 pm. They treated me like a king, and keep in mind my 14-year-old Cayenne had 163,000 miles on it! I've had other work done at Aristocrat over the years, and have always gotten fantastic service. This is a great dealership to have work done at - highly recommended! More

Emily is awesome. She matched the discounts with mbkc pricing. The dealership pricing is too high than average . For my 80000 mile service MB KC quote was 400 dollars less than Aristocrats . God forbid if I hadn't checked. Never going back to the dealership again for service though.
