GLC300 recall repair I have also and only done business with mission ks location and still when parts finally arrived to complete a mfg recall it was made at the 135th st I have also and only done business with mission ks location and still when parts finally arrived to complete a mfg recall it was made at the 135th st location much farther from where I live and as stated not where I've purchased 2 cars and leased one over the many years. I attribute the many personnel changes over the last few years, but in this age of computers how hard is it to check to records or a least ack the error when text response to appointment notification clearly stated location preference. Don't let this review take anything away from the service folks at Mission location they got on the repairs as soon as I arrived and completed them timely. More

Service Department Took our car in for an airbag recall and they gave me a complimentary oil change....very happy about that.
