Vehicle left 11 days, 2 items not addressed I left my Range Rover with the service department for 11 days. Two major items not even addressed. They forgot to even change the oil. I made a 2.5 ho I left my Range Rover with the service department for 11 days. Two major items not even addressed. They forgot to even change the oil. I made a 2.5 hour drive with a second vehicle to leave the Rover for service. Very displeased. I will just have the missed items repaired locally, and not travel back to the dealership. Since I live 2.5 hours away, this is a major inconvenience for me. However, my salesman, Joseph Lemberger, was extremely helpful as always. He arranged to get my vehicle and get it to me on a Sunday when I was off work, He was inconvenienced to help me on his day off. But the service department forgot to finish two requested simple items. More
