Car buying is unfortunately typically not the greatest experience and that held true at Arlington Acura. I spent the first day haggling over services/items that were added to the car that I didn't even a experience and that held true at Arlington Acura. Once I finally got all that taken off, then there was discrepency regarding financing and the published price of the car at the time of purchase, which I am still trying to them to acknowledge. They only seem to care when it's time to purchase a vehicle or when your lease is up. I had several options to buy out my lease with other dealers and decided to do business here since I was a loyal customer to the dealership, that was the biggest mistake I ever made when it came to choosing dealers to do business with. I decided to take my business elsewhere due to the fact of extremely poor customer service from the whole dealership, from internet sales, finance and even management, they don't care about any customer, all they care about is making money and when you have an issue, it seems like you're bothering them. Look elsewhere besides this dealer to spend your money on. More
