Bob Rohrman Arlington Acura is part of the Bob Rohrman Auto Group, one of the largest family owned auto groups in the United Sates. Shortly after Mr. Rohrman finished his term with the U.S. Army's tank division at Fort Lewis in Washington state, he opened a used car lot on the Sagamore Parkway in Lafayette, IN. Disappointing I have always been happy, but my most recent visit was not as good. The waiting area was messy/food wrappers and crumbs everywhere and the women's b I have always been happy, but my most recent visit was not as good. The waiting area was messy/food wrappers and crumbs everywhere and the women's bathroom was dirty. I had to ask about an update of my car (after an hour and a half for an oil change)and when it would be ready. Finally I walked back to the service area and the person who was responsible for my car (not Jeremy- he is great) looked at me and said "Oh it is done. Here are your papers to pay." That was it. My car was already washed and ready to go. Just a little disappointed. More
