The service technician now sends a video of the undercarriage of the vehicle and explains some of the results from the multipoint inspection. My 2014 MDX was dead in my driveway. Mark arranged for the dealership tow truck to come over, where the tech was able to get the car started ( in lieu of towing it) and allowed me to dr Mark arranged for the dealership tow truck to come over, where the tech was able to get the car started ( in lieu of towing it) and allowed me to drive it to the service department. They immediately took my vehicle in and, within 45 minutes, had the problem resolved, and I was on my way. Mark was outstanding in helping me with this issue.
