Though, I expected to find the same service here in Chicago, let me tell you, not all Acura dealerships are created equal. I went to one closer to my home and what a HORRIBLE experience that was. Then my brother in law who purchased his car from Muhammed recommended that I drive out a little further to Palatine and speak with Muhammed. I called Muhammed over the phone and told him what I needed, he called back 20 mins later and said the deal is done and had the car ready and prepped the morning I came in.
