Bob Rohrman Arlington Acura is part of the Bob Rohrman Auto Group, one of the largest family owned auto groups in the United Sates. Shortly after Mr. Rohrman finished his term with the U.S. Army's tank division at Fort Lewis in Washington state, he opened a used car lot on the Sagamore Parkway in Lafayette, IN. The sales guy (Stephen Gonzalez) was horrible. Getting the promised repairs was a nightmare. Turns out the wrong paper was submitted for my GAP insurance and you all were notified in Nov 2022 an Getting the promised repairs was a nightmare. Turns out the wrong paper was submitted for my GAP insurance and you all were notified in Nov 2022 and no follow-up was done. This whole experience was not exciting. This experience was a headache times 10. The follow-up here is null and void as I had to continue to call to get answers. No manager was ever available to discuss nor knowledgeable about unresolved issues. More

My car’s dashboard lights went all on when I was returning home from my doctors visit. On my way home I stopped at the dealership and they took my car in and fixed the problem.
