My RDX is now 4 years old and still looks brand new. I took the vehicle in for regular maintenance at 60+K miles. As I expected, my RDX needed several different fluid changes, and new brake pads. Aft I took the vehicle in for regular maintenance at 60+K miles. As I expected, my RDX needed several different fluid changes, and new brake pads. After the tech inspected the vehicle, the service manager gave me an itemized list of things to consider. Since I'm a big believer in maintenance, I did what the tech recommended. All the work was done within a couple of hours. They washed the car and gave me several discounts based on coupons that were available from their website. The vehicle now runs just like it looks. Good thing, because this is not a good time to buy a car. I will be back to Arlington Acura, and highly recommend this dealership for service.. More

I had a very bad experience with this dealership. I bought a used car on 06/02. They were pushing very hard to buy lots of additional services. They even added lots of prices in name of "Arlington Ac I bought a used car on 06/02. They were pushing very hard to buy lots of additional services. They even added lots of prices in name of "Arlington Acura Package"/Recon etc , which they clearly did not explained. Just saying it's cost for safety check they have done. Finally I bought the Car and they handover a form ST-556 which has Total price info, I was thinking it's like my final invoice amount. They said they will share my loan details paper on my E-mail and did not even given me my exact financed amount or APR. Anyway, after waiting till Monday for my Loan paper, I went there again to ask for it. They finally shared the Loan paper on Monday, where all numbers was higher and not matching as per the Sales Tax form or which I was expecting. Even they have mentioned wrong odometer rating on loan paper. It was 2K less miles. They have added "Optional Gap Contract" of 995 without even disclosing me. Also they charged all other minor fees like Registration fee/Title/Document fees Twice, once with car price and again on top of final price. Best part was, I don't even know what was the final price I paid for my car even after 7 days and 5 visit to Dealership. When I was there today to discuss my case with finance manager "David Pasula" , he rudely said "I will not refund you any thing, doesn't matter how many time you come here to request. Go your way and do whatever you want". I have never expected this from such a big dealership. Don't know the next steps, what to do now More
