As a salesman, "Big Mac" was friendly, straightforward and kind without being smarmy or pushy. I do think his sales experience is reflected in his ability to read his customers and to be respectful of their needs and desires. As a sales manager, Adrian Pawlikowski, too was receptive and reasonable without engaging in the usual back and forth drama. My overall experience ended up being quite positive. At the end of the day, I think buying a used car should be enjoyable and not an exercise in prolonged torture.
