My MDX reported that my battery needed to be replaced immediately. I called the Service Dept at Acura and they said to come over. Acura tested the battery and found a bad cell. This was the second dealership that we visited. We already knew what vehicle we wanted and unfortunately the dealer in Aurora IL didn't work out. And we sure are glad it didn't because we went to Acur already knew what vehicle we wanted and unfortunately the dealer in Aurora IL didn't work out. And we sure are glad it didn't because we went to Acura in Palatine and worked with Sergio Ramos. Very professional and polite even asked if we wanted to test the vehicle without him in the actual vehicle. As soon as we came back he actually listened I let him know that there were a couple of things that we wanted to get taken care of before we did the deal it took him less than 10 minutes to talk to his boss and not only did we get our questions answered but we also got new front tires and did I mention they also worked on the price for us. The vehicle was a gift for my mom so he let me pick her up and let us take it for a test drive came back signed and off we went.
