Arlington Acura's service center and staff are abysmal. Our new RDX's blindspot sensors fail to work if the car is parked outdoors when it's hot outside. They said that is normal. It took 4 visits to ge Our new RDX's blindspot sensors fail to work if the car is parked outdoors when it's hot outside. They said that is normal. It took 4 visits to get the problem resolved. The passenger airbag sensor shuts off while my wife is in the seat. They said, she must not be sitting properly. Both the problems can only be diagnosed when the warning light is on which means you have to drive to the dealership with a passenger in the car without a functioning airbag. The AC is unable to cool the car on hot days. After weeks of claiming they were waiting for new testing equipment, their diagnosis was that the new coolants don't work as well as the older coolants and that it's normal not to be able to properly cool the car. I strongly encourage anyone reading this to have service performed by a different dealership and consider purchasing something other than an RDX. I have been buying new cars for over 40 years. This is my first bad experience with a dealership. Any dealership and service center has to be better than Arlington Acura. They don't even deserve one star. More

I just had the worst customer experience speaking with manager Gene who hung up on me and refused to give me his name. After three days of calling in to try to cancel my Driver Care Elite policy I was inf manager Gene who hung up on me and refused to give me his name. After three days of calling in to try to cancel my Driver Care Elite policy I was informed that I had to go back in-person, during a pandemic, to sign the form in person so it can be time stamped. No email, no fax, which is different than the policy that was explained to us when we purchased it. I live an hour away and am not able to go in. What kind of customer service is this??? Was not pleased at all! From sales to finance there was poor communication! I’ve had the car almost a month and I can’t get finance to return my calls, and anyone else will just transfer me to them!
