Great help by Mark, had an issue with a new car and was obviously concerned. The worst car buying experience I've ever had PERIOD! It took'em 24 days and 5 times going directly in person to the dealership to pay off my old car loan that I've traded in,nobody responds to your phone c took'em 24 days and 5 times going directly in person to the dealership to pay off my old car loan that I've traded in,nobody responds to your phone calls,emails,I had to open a client relationship case by Acura in order for them to take some action and they literally messed up my credit record because my old car loan bank reported a late payment to the credit bureau.their excuse was that the paperwork was processed and finalized late.
