I went to Sullivan to look for a used vehicle I found online. When I arrived I was greeted warmly by Mike Ayoub, who worked with me through the rest of the day. The first thing I noticed was that the vehicle I was looking for looked exactly in person as it did online, no scrapes, scuffs or minor damage. Mike was a great person to work with, he was not pushy and he was also very knowledgeable about the vehicles (every model I inquired about). Mike encouraged me to take a look at other models and to take my time before I made any decisions. In the end I purchased the vehicle I came in to look at. Mike listened to my needs and worked with me to get the vehicle I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. I feel that Sullivan offered me a very fair trade-in value for my vehicle. From Mike in sales to Dan in finance, everyone I worked with at Sullivan was very friendly and knowledgeable.
