Exceptional service I had a severely damaged tire and called my service advisor, Cindy Laser. I left her a message and she returned my call in less than 10 minutes. She immediately checked to see if they had the tire I needed in stock. We discussed possibly replacing another tire as we and she indicated she would have all of my tires inspected. She had everything waiting when I arrived at the dealer and also fully explained all of my options. I appreciate her honesty and that is the main reason I continue to have my Buick serviced at Sullivan. Cindy is a great asset to their team. More
Outstanding & Trustworthy Service Dept and Advisor I purchased a Pontiac Grand Prix back in 2004 from Sullivan. I have been bringing in my 2004 GP for any service needs to Sullivan (working with Victo I purchased a Pontiac Grand Prix back in 2004 from Sullivan. I have been bringing in my 2004 GP for any service needs to Sullivan (working with Victor Gomez) for years. It is the confidence I have not only in the service performed, but also in my service advisor Victor that keeps me a very happy customer. It is always a pleasure working with Victor and I can honestly say that I have never felt so comfortable in leaving my car for service, knowing that they will do exactly what needs to be done, nothing more (unless required), nothing less! Now that I have traded in the 2004 GP for a new Buick Regal, I'm looking forward to another 12+ years with Sullivan! Thanks Victor for always taking good care of my cars! More

Geoff Sulkowski and Sullivan Buick/GMC are the BEST! I have been taking my 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP for service at Sullivan Buick/GMC since I bought the car new over 11 years ago.My car now has 154,76 I have been taking my 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP for service at Sullivan Buick/GMC since I bought the car new over 11 years ago.My car now has 154,768 miles but still runs like the day I drove it off the lot. I attribute my car's performance and durability to the quality care I have received through the years from Sullivan's ASE certified mechanics and trusted service advisors. My current service advisor,Geoff Sulkowski,has upheld the excellent customer service that I have come to expect. Just last week, I brought my car in for new front & rear brakes plus rotors. Geoff took the extra step and made sure a large portion of the repair was covered under Sullivan Lifetime Replacement. In addition, since the specialized brakes and rotors had to be ordered,Geoff arranged a Buick LaCrosse courtesy loaner car for me until the work was completed. I appreciated having the loaner since I need transportation everyday for my outside sales position. Thank You Geoff and Sullivan Buick/GMC for taking care of me. I am fortunate to have such a great service adviser like Geoff Sulkowski and an auto repair center like Sullivan Buick/GMC. You are both the BEST! Joe Herrick More

I bought a used car, so there were some minor cosmetic dings. Not only did he fix up the light that was out, but while I waited, he coordinated with his specialist on touch-ups so I could come in at a later date and get this additional service done. Then he went the extra mile and gave me my own touch-up kit just in case I needed it for future use! Outstanding! Thank you Geoff! More

Bill Sullivan Buick GMC quickly earned a loyal customer due to the outstanding customer service provided by the service department. I also have recently purchased a used vehicle from Sullivan as well and everyone I have dealt with from several different departments have been so pleasant to deal with. Quality service all around!
