Not the typical Car purchase Experience We drove over 2.5 hours to look at a specific 2019 Murano. We were introduced to Carl, our sales rep, to demo the vehicle. Carl was very informative and made sure he answered all of our questions. Carl also knew we had driven several hours to look at this vehicle and did what he could to speed up the purchase process. Mitch in finance was just as gracious. Benny made sure we had all the specifics regarding the Murano and that our purchase experience was positive. The remaining staff at Arlington Nissan that were involved in the process were just as professional and courteous. The staff at Arlington want earn your business and it shows. This was not the typical car purchase experience we have encountered in the past. Even though we traveled a long distance for this purchase, we would consider using Arlington Nissan again. More

Technician did a lousy job Never been the dealership before, went there for a oil change first time for my Murano. They claimed they performed a battery check, wheel alignment c Never been the dealership before, went there for a oil change first time for my Murano. They claimed they performed a battery check, wheel alignment check etc on print out report. After getting home, just want to check if everything is OK as usual after my auto service. I noticed the following: 1) My battery terminal cover was broken and pieces were left on the back of the battery 2) The engine splash guard that covers oil filter side went missing I notified the service department, and here was the response: "I do apologize about that.I went ahead and pulled up the RO and it looks like our technician only performed an oil change on your vehicle.No battery was tested nor anything regarding the splash was performed" so, it make me wounder: 1. was the battery test print out report fake ? The battery was not tested? 2. How technician get to oil filter without lift the plastic splash guard? Was the filtered changed? very disappointed More
