The best dealership EVER Came in here about a week ago to look at a beautiful Nissan Sentra SL and take it for a test drive. Upon initially parking and walking around the lot Came in here about a week ago to look at a beautiful Nissan Sentra SL and take it for a test drive. Upon initially parking and walking around the lot for not even a minute, I was approached by Carl Ritz whom I had the pleasure working with throughout my visit. He was one of the nicest, most polite, genuine, and down-to-earth salesman I've ever worked with in any establishment ever (his company should give him a raise). We drove the Nissan around for a bit, and at this point I was really liking the car alot for several reasons. You can tell when a company takes care of the vehicles that come in, and takes the time to make them presentable and working the way they're supposed to be. Not only does Arlington Nissan sell cars but it also has a large auto center attached to it, so they are able to work and fix up the cars at the same location (which is a HUGE plus). The facility was very clean, very presentable and large with such incredible customer service by everyone that I saw when I was there. I had informed Carl that I had initially planned to come back the next day to drive it again (even though I would have bought it right then and there, but I just needed a day to think about it before dropping a couple grand) and was accompanied with the most wonderful and accommodating customer service I've also ever received at a dealership ever. He really made the experience terrific. I was introduced to Don Barclay who was also a pleasure to work with as well, as he was also very polite, informative, knowledgeable, and accommodating. As I returned the next day, I had arranged to meet with Carl again and took it for a second test drive. At this point I was ready to buy the car. When pulling back in, Don was right there to greet me again and I had asked to run a quick diagnostic/inspection on the car, which was performed with no problem. I trusted the fact that they had great equipment that could give a thorough explanation of anything that could be problematic, and that it would be a reliable review of the car to make sure everything was working right and ready to go. Sure enough, everything was great and nothing at all was questionable. I was ready to close the deal and drive this beauty off the lot. Carl and Don worked out a fantastic price with me that I couldn't be happier with, and I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place to ANYONE who is looking for a wonderful & reliable car with the best customer service they could ever get from anywhere! Great experience I went in late on Thursday evening with my friend. The salesman was very helpful. Hr showed me a couple of options, selected one to test drive. Important information about the car was not accurate ie: year of car, MPG, ripped seat & worst of all, car was involved in an accident. Just because I am an older woman does not mean that I should it been treated special but for sure FAIR & with HONESTY. All I was looking for, was an economic & reliable car. Way to treat a loyal customer. My opinion is that Arlington Nissan is BELOW standards. More

Bait and Switch Went on line with True Car program, Business Development person kept pinging me and when I talked to him he told me they had a brand new 2018 Murano a Went on line with True Car program, Business Development person kept pinging me and when I talked to him he told me they had a brand new 2018 Murano and would beat any other dealerships price by 5% (the Bait) Set up an appointment with the Business Development person and drove there for an hour only to find out that the SUV was a demo, not cleaned and really I doubt this guy knew what he was doing as it appeared they were clearly not ready for us. Then the switch came, the sales person tried to sell me a 2019n Murano. More

Ok place, but not recommended I’m not happy with the management, sales person Liz awesome. I found online that they have 2013 Ford Edge for sale with a good price. I contacted them during the week and I specify that I will be available only on Saturday. I spoke to two different people about that Corina and Ken. We were talking a few days about that vehicle, I made an appointment for Saturday 9am. That Saturday morning I received a call, txt and email from both of them with a question if I’m still coming, I live about an hour away. So I respond it “yes I’m on the way”, so I made it there, a soon as I open the dealer door some sales guy caught me. So I told them about appointment with Corina and Ken (he advise me those are online sales) so he will help me. I told him the reason why I’m here. Then he went to look for a key so I could take a car for a spin. Then 10 minutes later he came back with a manager and they told me that they sold the vehicle day before, that right the way pissed me off. Cause I drove for an hour and I waste my time. So I start walking out, then some other supervisors/manager called me and said that they have another vehicle, it was never less mileage and of course more $$. So long story short, they are running a scam over there by advertising vehicle with lower price to get you in and then they trying to sell you more expensive car. So I stayed and want to see that different vehicle, they gave me another sales person Liz, very nice lady. So she took all my info etc. she is the great sales person, and she deserves 5 stars, but you can’t honored her separately. If she wouldn’t be there I would not buy a car from them. The management wants to scam people More
