Important information about the car was not accurate ie: year of car, MPG, ripped seat & worst of all, car was involved in an accident. Just because I am an older woman does not mean that I should it been treated special but for sure FAIR & with HONESTY. All I was looking for, was an economic & reliable car. Way to treat a loyal customer. My opinion is that Arlington Nissan is BELOW standards. More
Bait and Switch Went on line with True Car program, Business Development person kept pinging me and when I talked to him he told me they had a brand new 2018 Murano a Went on line with True Car program, Business Development person kept pinging me and when I talked to him he told me they had a brand new 2018 Murano and would beat any other dealerships price by 5% (the Bait) Set up an appointment with the Business Development person and drove there for an hour only to find out that the SUV was a demo, not cleaned and really I doubt this guy knew what he was doing as it appeared they were clearly not ready for us. Then the switch came, the sales person tried to sell me a 2019n Murano. More

Ok place, but not recommended I’m not happy with the management, sales person Liz awesome. I found online that they have 2013 Ford Edge for sale with a good price. I contacted them during the week and I specify that I will be available only on Saturday. I spoke to two different people about that Corina and Ken. We were talking a few days about that vehicle, I made an appointment for Saturday 9am. That Saturday morning I received a call, txt and email from both of them with a question if I’m still coming, I live about an hour away. So I respond it “yes I’m on the way”, so I made it there, a soon as I open the dealer door some sales guy caught me. So I told them about appointment with Corina and Ken (he advise me those are online sales) so he will help me. I told him the reason why I’m here. Then he went to look for a key so I could take a car for a spin. Then 10 minutes later he came back with a manager and they told me that they sold the vehicle day before, that right the way pissed me off. Cause I drove for an hour and I waste my time. So I start walking out, then some other supervisors/manager called me and said that they have another vehicle, it was never less mileage and of course more $$. So long story short, they are running a scam over there by advertising vehicle with lower price to get you in and then they trying to sell you more expensive car. So I stayed and want to see that different vehicle, they gave me another sales person Liz, very nice lady. So she took all my info etc. she is the great sales person, and she deserves 5 stars, but you can’t honored her separately. If she wouldn’t be there I would not buy a car from them. Everyone was helpful and friendly My neighbor recommended this car deal ship and so I came. Looked at several cars, but they were not for me. I also want to say your service dept is excellent per my neighbor. Vince and the crew is always so helpful. The man that finalized my paperwork was also exceptional. More

Hard to get service. Always a long line even to enter in. In a last 2 weeks I was trying to get oil change by stopping in almost every day between 4 and 4:30 PM. No luck. Finally I got in on Saturday at 7:45 In a last 2 weeks I was trying to get oil change by stopping in almost every day between 4 and 4:30 PM. No luck. Finally I got in on Saturday at 7:45 am. I was the 6th one in the line. I left a service shop close to 10 am. Almost 2 hours?! The worst experience ever!!!! Don't have enough technicians - hire more. More
