Service oil change DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Brought my new nissan maxima there 2 weeks ago got there early at 8 am for oil change at 10:30 I asked ho DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Brought my new nissan maxima there 2 weeks ago got there early at 8 am for oil change at 10:30 I asked how much longer seems they forgot about so I waited an hour longer. Next day my wife took the car to work I opened the garage and there is huge puddle of oil on the floor they had to tow the car from work parking lot so they call my wife and tell her that the oil drain plug broke while changing the oil. On the work order they put that it was due to worn out drain plug gasket IT WAS THE FIRST OIL CHANGE!!!! When I finally pick up the car Nicholas Ruffolo the service manager finally admitted the the tech didn’t tighten it back and told me this happens a lot they were supposed to clean my garage floor but no call from them or call back on the messages i left. VERY BAD SERVICE WONT EVER GO BACK I DON’T RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Fixed one big problem and created another Brought my Maxima in for a head gasket repair. Benson was great to work with and did all he could to get this issue fixed at a fair price. This overall review should not reflect negative on Benson. That seems to be fine now. Picked car up and AC was not working as is was when I brought it in. NEVER had an issue with the AC until now. Coincidence- I don’t think so. Whatever was done while repairing the head gasket effected the AC. Brought car back same day and they claimed to have fixed the problem. Drive car all that week with sub-par cool air blowing. Brought back again. Delt with Derek this time around. Car was there all day- did not call so I had to call to get an update. Wonder if I would have gotten a call.?Claimed they did all they could which by their own admission was nothing but running the car and driving it. Wanted me to sign up and pay for a diagnostic to find a problem they obviously caused. I refused. I walked out and am really not happy that a business can’t just admit they f’d up and fix the problem they created. I will contact Nissan corporate in hopes they will do something for “the customer” whom without no business stays in business!! I will never take my car back to this dealership again. nor will I ever consider purchasing a Nissan again. That’s one thing they can count on. I’m fairly certain I’ll hear nothing back from them because it’s easier for them. You lost this customer for life and I will make sure I tell everyone I know never to buy a Nissan. I know I’m just one and they won’t miss me. But how many more of me are there out there? They’ll be more now! More
