Service department I had to have my daughters car towed her because it would not start, my first was talking to Al, very nice young man who kept me informed as they were I had to have my daughters car towed her because it would not start, my first was talking to Al, very nice young man who kept me informed as they were trying to figure out what was wrong. Then after a few days I was dealing with arhmand ( hope I spelled it right) another very nice young guy, who was trying to pickup where Al left off who was very helpful to see what the next step was being done with our car. He was nice enough to let me know that he would be off the next day, so I would here from him on Friday, but my car ended up fixed before that, and I dealt with Miguel who ended up also be very nice. I can not say enough about the 3 men in the service department outstanding employees thank you guys for all your help..I wish I could remember the mechanics name that explained everything to me More

Unorganized The sales representative was amazing However, the overall experience was not as pleasant. We waited too long to take our vehicle home. We kind of got the run around with plates and paperwork. The finance person was very rude when I said I would be going through my own bank. I understand I did not purchase a new vehicle, but I believe everyone should be treated the same. Needless to say, I will not be going back to that location. More

He listened to our comments and any concerns we had, and addressed them all. We also talked to Rich, and it was clear that he and Jim were listening to us, making us comfortable with our purchase. Mark then walked us through the final paperwork methodically and without pressuring us to agree to certain options that we had no desire for. It was a great experience for us, and we are very happy with our purchase. We feel like we were treated fairly and honestly, and that we got a great deal. I highly recommend working with these guys.
