Issues with my maxima. Electrical and maintenance. Don and nick did a fantastic job of ensuring all my cars needs were met and that in fact the vehicle was returned as expected. Don continuously updated me on my vehicle and made the whole service absolutely hassle free. They even went past expectations and corrected minor scratches on one side of the car. Fantastic work again guys. I will continue to service ALL of my maximas needs through your service dept. More

Bad customer sercive Brought my car in for an oil change and was not serviced because Dan forgot to give me a waiver to sign. I dropped off my car and sat in the waiting a Brought my car in for an oil change and was not serviced because Dan forgot to give me a waiver to sign. I dropped off my car and sat in the waiting area for 30 minutes, during this time Dan did not bother to look for me or call me to have me sign the waiver. I was picked up at the dealer and left, 30 minutes later Dan finally finds the time to call me just to let me know that the waiver needed to be signed. I asked if he could email it or fax since i was in the middle of dinner with my family but he refused, when i asked him what took him so long to reach out to me he said that i had just left the dealer. I went back and had to pick up my car and left. I reached out the the general manager and the service manager to let them know what happened and even sent them screenshots of what time i dropped off the car and what time Dan called. No one bother to respond or to follow up. More
