Sold a car that was prone to defects and safety issues My husband and I bought a car here less then 3 years ago and have had nothing but problems with it since driving off the lot. We have spent close to My husband and I bought a car here less then 3 years ago and have had nothing but problems with it since driving off the lot. We have spent close to 5,000 dollars in maintenance and are now faced with transmission failure at less then 100,000 miles. After researching more thoroughly (hindsight of course) the 2004 murano is widely known to have major defects in it. I consider this dealership to be irresponsible in even putting such a safety risk for sale on their lot. We are a young family and have three small children. By know means are we not taking responsibility for our decision however, you do go into a dealership expecting to be able to trust the people you are working with to sell you a car that works for you and your family. I am so disgusted and at a loss of words for the low amount of integrity this dealership has. More
Horrible Experience There was a problem with my Pathfinder that I was never made aware of, although I kept all my service appointments. There was never a RECALL, however, There was a problem with my Pathfinder that I was never made aware of, although I kept all my service appointments. There was never a RECALL, however, there was a class action law suit that paid for repairs. (Radiator overflowing into transmission). Once again I was never notified. For 6 months this dealership called me & harassed me about trading in my car. I told them I loved my vehicle & wasn't interest at this time. My car stopped running 3 weeks after I went in for servicing & it had to be towed. I was told the issue with the transmission would cost me $11k to fix. I was told that it was 11 days past the expiration date of the class action law suit that I had not been notified of. When I called the corporate offices, I was told that this was an issue to be taken up with ARLINGTON NISSAN b/c I bought a certified used vehicle & the dealership had been notified of the problem & was required to notify me, which the didn't More

Beyond amazing I had a tire damage and rim and I called because I believed I had towing as my car wasn't drive about they transferred me to chris in fianacing who i I had a tire damage and rim and I called because I believed I had towing as my car wasn't drive about they transferred me to chris in fianacing who is beyond amazing and really goes above and beyond for everyone he said he's almost positive I had it which everything thank god was covered by warranty The service department I usually deal with nick the big guy who is the service manager who is the main reason I come back for all my services and anything I need and is the main reason I bought my car but I felt with benson I believe his name was who was amazing I called as soon as hey opened as my car was brought in by tow truck on a Sunday and he said he has my keys the cars already back and he was calling me as I called him from there on he checked in with me daily as he had to confirm everything was under warranty and then had to get parts and he called me as soon as it was done and I was there in a flash after he called I love the guys at the service desk they truly are amazing and don't beat around the bush and actually help there customers they are xxxxing AMAZING! More
Be Aware, Dont go there! Dont waste your time. Nightmare, After I bought brand new car from them, all I had is nightmare. First , I trade my 2013 for 2015 Nissan Altima, it took them over month Nightmare, After I bought brand new car from them, all I had is nightmare. First , I trade my 2013 for 2015 Nissan Altima, it took them over month to pay off my loan on the old car (bank calling me and threating me to still make payment on the old car). After many calls back to dealer and their promises it took about month. Second, They should suggest to buy new plates if they are expiring in two months, Now I have to pay twice, All they care it was for them to take make the purchase, after that you will be NOTHING. Finance Manager made me feel like crap because he had to lots of paper work, Sorry! And as well he yelled on the sales guy because he forgot some paper work. Very unprofessional do that in front of customer. Almost walk out , I should off and go somewhere else. Worst out off all dealers, I been buying Nissans since 1989 but I will NEVER buy from them again. Don't waste your time More
