I was t I have bought a new Pathfinder at this dealership. The sales department was pretty good. I came to my first service (oil change) on Thursday. I was told that they don't have any loaner car and they set up appointment for me in a week and said that they will have a car for me. I came there in a week, they told me that they didn't have the same size car so they offered Rogue. I have been waiting for 2,5 hours. I came there with 15 months baby who became tired during this time. It was supposed to spend there about 10 min max. When I came with sleeping baby from waiting room to Benson Bansil (asst service manager) and told him that I've been waiting for 2 hours, he told me "I know, they put some stickers on it" and continued to stare in his computer. In conclusion other service guy came to me and gave Sentra which is very small for my family. I asked him where my promised Rogue was and he replied that they didn't have Rogue. And he was really surprised that Benson Bansil promised it to me. I set up appointment at certain time so I could drop off my car and take loaner car, as a result 2,5 hours waiting, ruined plans for the day. I recommend the only one person to speak in service department is Al Thaker (asst. service manager), he is very friendly and it looks like he really tries to help you. I used to have Infiniti and I have never had such problems in Infiniti dealership, and 2 weeks ago my friend took loaner car in Lexus dealership in 5 min. So it is ridiculous to set up appointment, come in time and wait for 2,5 hours to take loaner car. To buy this Pathfinder took less time... More

Acura itself was about $60 higher than the price quote I got from Arlington Nissan for the same job, so I brought my car to Arlington Nissan. The service was great, the people are very friendly and knowledgeable, the facility looks very clean and nice ! More
Never go there I won't recommend this dealer to anyone. Recently I went there to buy a vehicle. I entered the dealership around 6:30 PM and was there till 10:00 PM I won't recommend this dealer to anyone. Recently I went there to buy a vehicle. I entered the dealership around 6:30 PM and was there till 10:00 PM and they forced me to make a deal -- which was very crappy for me. They persuaded so hard that it almost felt like 'YOU HAVE TO BUY THE CAR TODAY'. All numbers they gave (like Invoice price, MSRP, etc.) were all incorrect. They lied on the face about price AND won't honor the price offered over phone or email. At the end it was pathetic experience. They forced delivered the vehicle around 10:00 PM!!!! Never go there, they will fool you with fake price and add bunch of warranty/coverage to inflate your price. More
My daughter was considering getting a lease for Nissan Altima. It is a first lease in her life, plus she looks young in her middle 20's. She visited multiple dealerships before arriving to this one, and w Altima. It is a first lease in her life, plus she looks young in her middle 20's. She visited multiple dealerships before arriving to this one, and was telling us that she could not quite trust the sales people she met and felt that they were trying to take advantage of her inexperience. That was not the case at the Arlington Nissan. She was treated with respect and a lot of patience. The pricing/quotes provided were excellent, with some great advices on her options. The main thing - she did not feel being pushed, was given time ans space. Although she ended up leasing a different car, she really appreciated her whole experience at the dealership, and would definitely come back. She highly recommends it to her friends and relatives. I went to dealer for basic oil change and Nissan Car event in Oct. Before I went to there I called for a appointment but was told no appointment was necessary because they provide EXPRESS service. In th event in Oct. Before I went to there I called for a appointment but was told no appointment was necessary because they provide EXPRESS service. In the letter from Nissan it showed me it's a dealer express service certified. When I was there, The service man said I need to wait for 45 mins to 60 mins. It's ok. 60 mins later, when I came back I asked if my car was ready, I was told it would be ready soon. I saw my car was in the shop with emergency light on and I even didn't see there were technicians were working there. It looks like they were not busy at all and a couple of cars there with the same situations with emergency light on and no one work on it. I was waiting for another 40 mins. A guy just came in and washed my car in 5 mins then everything was down! My car was with emergency light on at least 40 mins without any service! I questioned the service guy why I had to wait for almost 1 hour and 50 mins he said at most 1 hours and why in the dealer there are so many signs show Express service. Also, it's not a rush hour, It cost about 1 hour for car wash! How much time did they really spend only car care? Oct 2013 is Nissan's Car Care Evert, I should get 100-point inspection for my car if I went to this dealer ( I received this letter and talked to service guy, he said they would do it). But I didn't receive any documents I got this service except waiting for 100 mins for Oil change. I didn’t get the full service that Nissan company promised to provide to the customer. Finally, the service guy said they didn't provide any EXPRESS Service. He is a liar and cannot explain to me why in the dealer they put so many signs for Express service to customer. His attitude was really bad. I was totally pissed off. It's a really a very bad experience here and I won't be there any more. More
My wife recently said: “Let’s get a 2014 Nissan Murano Crosscab convertible.” (I agreed b/c “Happy Wife = Happy Life.”) For me, the hard part was finding a dealer who wouldn’t screw us. So over a two wee Crosscab convertible.” (I agreed b/c “Happy Wife = Happy Life.”) For me, the hard part was finding a dealer who wouldn’t screw us. So over a two week period, I talked to five dealerships in the area. And visited two. Hands down, these guys were the best. Personable. Honest. Knowledgable. And best of all, the MOST COMPETITIVE PRICING! (Their deal was over $3,000 LESS than the other dealership I visited!!) FYI, our salesguy was Scott Goldstein and our finance guy was J.J. (If you go, tell them David and Pat say “hi.”) More
I went in with a problem on the driver front control arm and Bob Weber took my car in and was able to cover the entire bill on my gold extended warranty. He also was in the garage helping the mechanic and when he brought my car around also cleaned the vehicle himself. He went way beyond what he had to do as a service writer. I had a great experience mostly due to Bobs service. More
