My name is Rick Williams and I bought a 2018 Dodge Challenger on 09/02/2022 from your dealership. I believe your dealer is the type of dealer that would SUE ME if you could get away with it. I will stop telling The TRUTH as I see it and go away when you Refund to me my $2,170.00 that I feel Arlington Nissan STOLE FROM ME. Of course I believe it will be denied by Arlington Nissan. However there are reports at the BBB of you all doing the same thing to others as they too have been filed about the same iPad Deception Scam Reports that I went through. So, are you going to refund my $2,170.00 which was hidden on the small iPad for the LoJack as well as the Paint & Fabric Warranty that this 63 year old Disabled man told you he didn’t want? It took 5 weeks for me to get the $4,000.00 refund for a Windshield Warranty for $499.00 ( What idiot would pay $499.00 for a 3 year warranty to replace a windshield that you can get done at your home for $385.00 from Safelite anytime?) and their extended warranty was $3,501.00 for a 3 yr. Plan with a $100.00 Deductible. I went to another Dodge dealer and paid $3,700.00 for a 5 year / 100 K Miles warranty without a deductible. I will never trust a positive review of a dealer again as when they had my phone to take a picture of me & the manager “SOMEONE” entered a Glowing Review of the dealer under my name on Google Reviews and then a glowing reply from them… So, to be perfectly clear. These are my opinions only as I recall that day that I was ripped off. This may or may not happen to you. I feel that they figured that they could Rip Off a 63 Year Old Disabled Man.
