When dealing with warranty repairs, sometimes the parts take a longer time to come in due to the sudden demand, but with that being said, we certainly should have done more to keep you notified and up to date. And of course, if there was an issue with the part that we ordered, we should have notified you before you came in. We greatly regret these errors.
