I had bought my car from This dealer 3 weeks ago. Have not touched anything but done an oil change , This morning my tire blew out causing some slight damage to the car. I’ve never once had a tire blow and am baffled at the matter. Upon the accident I called the dealer to see what’s covered under my Warranty that I was swindled into buying , promised practically bumper to bumper warranty. In short terms I was basically told to go F myself , that they won’t cover ANYTHING because it was tire related and they don’t cover that, before I was then hung up on. What’s even the point of a Warranty if nothing will be covered? Although I love the car I regret going this dealership. Disappointed at the lack of compassion and help provided from an issue not maintenance or driver cause related. Lost a customer👍🏼 More
